Nate and Kara Alsdorf
Nate and Kara are the original planters that started the Oasis journey 9 years ago. Nate serves as our Lead Pastor and Kara as our Worship Leader. Together, with the help of their awesome boys (Evan, Carson and Parker), this family leads with passion and enthusiasm! Nate and Kara have been married 23 years and love the Meadville community!
Joel and Mikayla Trousdale
What can we say about Joel and Mikayla? They are just all around awesome people! Joel leads 205 Fahrenheit and Radiant Church (a house church movement). A house has been purchased on Park Ave and will be the future home of both 205 and Radiant. Reach out to us if you want to hear more about 205 and/or Radiant Church. Mikayla leads alongside Joel and is gifted in worship and so many other areas. If you happen to run into them, give them a hearty ‘hey y’all’ to get the convo going (they have roots in Dallas, TX).
Mike and Bethany Fields
Mike and Bethany have been leading Oasis Youth since it’s beginning back in 2016. They both have hearts to see teens on fire for Jesus and provide environments where teens can build relationships with each other and Jesus. Mike and Bethany also play every instrument on our worship team. Two man/woman band. Super talented! Mike loves the outdoors and the family adventures together often. Jack was added to their family in July of 2020.
Keith Draa
Keith joined the Oasis Team back in December 2022. In just a short time he has become a valued and loved part of our team. He oversees our Discipleship Ministry and Oasis Groups. He teaches often at Oasis and does so with passion and boldness! He has over 30 years of ministry experience here in western PA and loves being involved in the community. His wife Jamie and 4 kids (Hannah, Eli, Samuel and Emily) are just awesome people! You gotta get to know this family!
Eli and Amanda Vendley
Welcome Eli and Amanda to the Oasis Team! This couple has been serving in our Oasis Kids Ministry for a long time and just recently stepped into leadership. They lead with inspiration and excitement that points kids to Jesus! We love their creativity and believe the best is yet to come for Oasis Kids Ministry because of their investments. Look at those smiles….don’t ya just want to squeeze em?
